Therapy That Meets You Where You Are and Helps You Grow
Life doesn’t stop when you’re overwhelmed — it just keeps asking more of you. Whether it’s anxiety, ADHD, or the weight of past trauma, you may be doing everything “right” and still feel stuck.
Therapy is a place to exhale — to feel seen, supported, and equipped with tools that actually work in real life.
I offer telehealth therapy for adults in California, Texas, and Arkansas, specializing in anxiety, trauma recovery, ADHD, body image, and self-esteem.
I also work with clients navigating addiction, alcoholism, and substance use — using respectful, evidence-based strategies that meet you where you are.
Services I Offer
-
When anxiety takes over, even small decisions can feel like too much. You might find yourself constantly second-guessing, replaying conversations, or feeling tense for no clear reason.
In our work together, we’ll help your nervous system calm down and your thoughts feel more manageable. Using CBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based tools, you’ll learn to recognize triggers, regulate your body’s stress responses, and trust yourself again.
Common focuses:
Racing thoughts or chronic worry
Panic or tension in the body
People-pleasing and perfectionism
Trouble sleeping or relaxing
-
Trauma doesn’t have to define you, but it can quietly shape how you see yourself and the world. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) helps your brain re-process painful memories so they lose their power over your present life.
You don’t need to retell every detail to heal. In EMDR, we move gently, at your pace, focusing on safety and stability first.
Areas supported:
Past abuse or relational trauma
Medical or birth trauma
PTSD symptoms (flashbacks, hypervigilance)
Ongoing feelings of shame or fear
-
DescriptiADHD can show up differently for everyone — sometimes hidden behind words like “lazy,” “messy,” or “unmotivated.” But that’s not the truth. Your brain simply works differently, and therapy can help you harness it.
As a Certified ADHD Therapist, I integrate coaching-informed strategies with CBT and strengths-based tools to help you organize, focus, and feel less scattered.
We’ll work on:
Executive function skills (planning, time, follow-through)
Self-compassion for perfectionism and procrastination
Balancing burnout and rest
Understanding how ADHD impacts relationships and identity
-
If you’ve spent years battling your body or doubting your worth, therapy can help you find a gentler way forward. I support adults navigating body image concerns and disordered eating — without focusing on numbers or diets.
Together, we’ll explore where those critical inner voices came from, reconnect with your body’s cues, and rebuild self-trust.
We’ll focus on:
Understanding disordered eating patterns
Healing body shame and comparison
Building self-esteem and compassion
Setting boundaries that protect your peace
-
Each stage of adulthood brings its own challenges — college transitions, career stress, parenting changes, or rediscovering yourself after years of caregiving. Therapy can help you find balance, boundaries, and confidence again.
Whether you’re adjusting to parenthood, navigating major life transitions, or feeling disconnected from yourself, you deserve space to process and rebuild.
-
When alcohol or substances become your go-to way to cope, life gets smaller — energy, focus, relationships, and health all take a hit. You don’t have to white-knuckle this alone. Together, we’ll create a plan that reduces harm, builds healthier coping, and supports the kind of life you actually want.
Common focuses:
Alcohol use that’s escalated from “occasional” to “most nights”
Using to manage anxiety, sleep, or stress — and wanting other options
Cravings, triggers, and relapse-prevention planning
Repairing routines, relationships, and self-trust
Therapy From the Comfort of Your Own Space
All sessions are conducted securely online via HIPAA-compliant telehealth. You’ll need a private space, a strong internet connection, and a willingness to show up for yourself.
Telehealth therapy is available to anyone physically located in California, Texas, or Arkansas at the time of the session.
